Afghanistan’s rising spin sensation Noor Ahmad made an instant impact in the IPL 2023 with 16 wickets in Gujarat Titans’ run to the final. The young left-arm wrist-spinner has been impressive at the international circuit as well having won the Player of the Match award on his T20I debut. Given his unique skill set and ability to turn the game in the middle overs, he was CSK’s most expensive buy at the 2025 TATA IPL Auction, securing a deal worth INR 10 Crore. Noor will form a potent spin trio alongside Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin.
